PAW Patrol fans are in for a treat this October as Chase visits Lappa Valley, Cornwall’s Secret World of Play and Trains, for two special days of family fun.
The popular police pup will be appearing at intervals throughout the day on Sunday 25th and Monday 26th October 2026, giving little PAW Patrol fans the chance to see one of their favourite characters during their visit – so families are encouraged to bring their cameras!
Best of all, Chase’s visit is included with standard Lappa Valley admission, meaning families can enjoy the special event alongside everything else the attraction has to offer.
The adventure begins at Benny Halt, where visitors board Lappa Valley’s 15-inch gauge Main Railway for a journey through the Cornish countryside to the main park at East Wheal Rose.
Once there, there’s plenty to fill the whole day. Families can enjoy unlimited rides on Lappa Valley’s three narrow-gauge railways, including the Main Railway, the Lakeside Railway and the Newlyn Downs Branch Line.
Children can let off steam in The Engine Shed’s large multi-level indoor soft play area, explore outdoor adventure play areas and trampolines, or take on the accessible 12-hole Adventure Golf course.
There are Pedalo Swans to enjoy on the boating lake, a 10-hole Frisbee Golf course through the Cornish countryside, woodland and musical walks, and the family games field at Newlyn Downs. Families can also take the train to Picnic & Paddle, a peaceful spot beside a gentle stream that’s perfect for a picnic and a little paddling.
Visitors can discover more about the attraction and its fascinating railway and mining heritage in the Lappa Valley Story, while The Engine Shed Café offers a range of hot and cold meals, snacks, cakes and drinks when it’s time to refuel.
Set within 35 acres of Cornish countryside near Newquay, Lappa Valley is designed as a full family day out, with all its main activities and unlimited railway rides included in admission.
Lappa Valley is also dog friendly, with four-legged family members welcome across most of the attraction and a dedicated Dog Exercise Area available.
Standard admission prices apply for the Chase event, while Lappa Valley Members can attend free of charge. Members must still pre-book and present a valid membership on arrival.
Advance booking is strongly recommended as these special event days are expected to be popular.
