With their innovative lobster ‘Raise & Release’ programme you can even adopt a baby lobster and track when and where it is released into the ocean. The National Lobster Hatchery team are global experts and renowned scientists, who are working hard to conserve fragile lobster populations and help solve the sustainability issues facing our vital fisheries and coastal communities.
