Promoting quality visitor experiences in Cornwall since 1974. For more than 50 years, the Cornwall Association of Tourist Attractions (CATA) has championed quality visitor experiences, supported attraction operators and promoted Cornwall as a world-class destination.

Our story

In 1974, a group of Cornwall's attraction owners came together with a simple idea: to help visitors discover experiences worth remembering. Today, CATA brings together over 35 carefully selected attractions, from castles and country houses to museums, gardens, railways and family attractions. United by a commitment to quality, our members work together to raise standards, share knowledge and showcase the very best of Cornwall to visitors from near and far.

"Absolutely amazing. The staff were kind and helpful and told us about each course. This fabulous attraction consists of two 18 hole courses (Hillside and Parkside). Hillside is for the more experienced players as your have to kick further and the course is more hilly. On the other hand, Parkside is more of a crazy golf course with more obstacles and more twist and turns. However no matter your ability both courses are great for the family. If you are looking for a quieter time we went at 5:30 on a Thursday evening during the May half term. Finally, this exceptional place is a great value for money. "

The kids loved it as we didn't have to queue for any of the rides so they were able to ride as many times as they wished. "Really lovely place to visit. Very friendly staff, great exhibits explaining the work they do and plenty of lobsters, fish and starfish to see. Information is clear and concise there are also videos showing. Upstairs there was colouring sheets and little activities to do. No lift but we were offered help to get the pushchair upstairs. No toilet but there are public ones, including baby changing, just across the carpark. Amazing views from the big windows upstairs. We all had a great time, including our dog!"
