Fresh, nutritious, sustainable, inclusive & ethical - at Trebah Kitchen, the meals always include fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains and seeds. The kitchen engages with suppliers from the immediate community, using local seasonal ingredients, meats are ethically reared, fish is always sustainable and eggs are free range.
