Hal’owl’een lands at Screech Owl Sanctuary & Animal Park on Friday 31st October, and there’s plenty for you to sink your fangs into. Expect themed flying displays, creepy-crawly talks, a tombola and more to discover on the day. Entry is a reduced £12 per person, with under 3s going free.
The fun runs across half term, too. From 24th October to 1st November there’s a Halloween treasure hunt to follow, and you can buy raffle tickets while you’re there — the sanctuary announces the winner on 31st October. Every penny raised goes towards reopening its owl hospital, so injured birds get the care they need before returning to the wild.
There’s no need to book in advance, so just turn up on the day.
