When: 2 November 2023 - 2 November 2023

True Foxes at Wheal Martyn

Posted in Events by Lauren Webb on 18th October 2023

True Foxes are an up-and-coming, BBC Introducing South West, female duo from West Cornwall. Comprising of cousins Amie Parsons (lead vocals/ guitar) and Chloe Payne (vocal harmonies/bass), they blend pop-folk songwriting, soft rock country and atmospheric harmonies, to create hauntingly beautiful and catchy melodies.

After building up a fanbase through local open mics and social media, in 2022, they were featured on multiple radio stations, including BBC Radio Cornwall and Devon, appeared on BBC Spotlight and have performed at over 140 different venues and events in major cities across England, Scotland and Wales on two UK support tours.

True Foxes are already the ones to watch in 2023 after gaining popularity within the Cornish music scene after hitting major UK festivals such as Boardmasters and performing on the mainstages at Tunes in the Dunes, Great Estate, Rock Oyster and RattlerFest.

Bar open. Doors open at 6.30pm, performance starts at 7.00pm.

As well as an opportunity to experience some fantastic Cornish music, this event helps support the charitable work of Wheal Martyn Trust, with money raised from ticket sales contributing to our fundraising.

Pasties available, pre-order essential £5.50 each
