Nature Unmasked
Discover a new favourite place to get crafty and creative this Easter, with Nature Unmasked at Cornwall Museum and Art Gallery from 5 – 22 April 2025, 10am – 4pm every day.
Inspired by the dressing up cabinet in the Nature Gallery – which features beautiful bespoke capes and headdresses by Alice Archer and Animalesque respectively – this free activity will have visitors of all ages reaching for the feathers, crepe paper, and crafting glue. It’s a playful way to engage younger museumgoers with conservation success stories and the value of Cornwall’s unique natural environment.
Immerse yourself in the stunning surroundings of the new-look gallery created in collaboration with Cornwall Wildlife Trust, as birds wheel overhead and the sights and sounds of Cornish nature surround you. Create your own mask to take home – all materials are provided and there’s no need to reserve a time slot. Simply book a day ticket to the museum (adults £10, under 18s free) and make your way to the Nature Gallery when you’re ready to get crafting!
