Ahoy there! Navigate to Cotehele this half-term to see how many pirate-themed scarecrows you can discover whilst exploring the garden.
Booking not needed. This event is free, but normal admission charges apply for the venue.

Pick up your free trail sheet from Visitor Welcome and then explore the gardens to see how many swashbuckling scarecrows you can spot this October half-term. The scarecrows featured are made by a number of local schools and community groups.
This event takes place in the garden at Cotehele.
If it’s been wet for a few days, make sure you bring some wellies to make sure you can explore all areas of Cotehele.
The scarecrow trail follows a step-free route around the garden, however there is section of uneven cobbles when entering / exiting the main area of the garden.
Dogs are welcome to join their owners on this trail around the garden; however, some scarecrows may appear in dog-free areas of the garden such as our orchards. If you’re visiting with your dog, please ensure someone is able to look after your dog whilst others explore dog-free areas of the garden,
