Visitors can transform their homegrown fruit into apple juice and cyder using the apple mill and press at Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm during the harvest season.
The farm’s mill and press facilities provide those with an abundance of apples from orchards or gardens the chance to press their own fruit on a working Cornish cyder farm.
Apples are transported to the heart of the farm in the courtyard, where easy-to-use equipment and information boards guide the process. Up to 18 litres of juice can be produced in just 30 minutes.
Whether a novice or an experienced cyder maker, the experience of pressing homegrown apples at Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm is truly unique.
During a visit, guests may also purchase an entry ticket to enjoy full access to all areas of the farm, complete with 60+ tastings. All tickets include unlimited free entry for 12 months, and children aged 0–5 enter for free.
Access to the farm animals, restaurant, and farm shop is free of charge.
