Make your child’s Christmas extra special with a visit to see Santa in his magical grotto!
December dates are Sunday 10th and 17th followed by Wednesday 20th through to Christmas Eve 24th December 2023.
Santa’s assistant elf or fairy will meet you and take you into his magical grotto. Santa will greet the children, have a little chat and give them their gift – have your camera ready for this lovely experience.
TICKETS
When booked in advance the tickets are discounted to £11.95 per child including a gift (£12.95 on the door but please be aware we may sell out of spaces). Select a 30 minute time period when you book online, when you arrive at the Park you will be allocated a 5-minute time slot within this.
You can book up to 4 children together, accompanying adults are free of charge. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of your booked session.
We hope you will also add a visit to the Park and JungleBarn to your booking.

Santa and his assistants are very popular and do not like to rush things, so will spend several minutes with each family. Staff aim to keep to booking slots as much as possible but you may have to wait for your turn. You are welcome to sit in the decorated area outside the grotto, pose for photos in Santa’s sleigh, and use the gift shop and cafe areas while waiting, or if you have booked the Park and JungleBarn, staff will call you over the speaker system. Thank you for your understanding and rest assured when it is your turn your family will also enjoy the same quality time with Santa.
To top it all off you can enjoy something delicious, perhaps a hot chocolate with marshmallow topping, turkey and cranberry panini or other tasty treat in the Otter Pool Café, open from 10am to 2:30pm.
