Elves and Rein-dog Festive Fun Day at Wheal Martyn

A day filled with Festive Family Fun and a chance to meet Father Christmas!

Visit Wheal Martyn to celebrate the festive season and bring your dogs as reindeer and children as elves. Explore the museum and woodland trails for a discounted entry of £5 for adults and £3 for children, with lots of fun activities on offer for all.

Father Christmas will be visiting Wheal Martyn for the day. You can book your place to meet him and hear a captivating Cornish story told by one of his elves. Rumour has it that he may bring a few presents too.

Activities will include Father Christmas Cornish Storytelling, making Elf and Reindeer crowns and Cornish Christmas cards, getting creative with clay decorations, conjuring up a Christmas wand, being spellbound by a festive Cornish story, exploring the sensory Reindeer Trail, tapping your feet to the tunes of the local band and choir! Donations gratefully received.

After all the fun and action, pop in to the café for a festive treat and relax with a cup of something warm and choose from the cafe’s homemade cakes.

10am to 4pm on 4 December 2022.

Prices for advance tickets and on the day entrance fee:
£5 per adult
£3 per child
£3 per child to meet Father Christmas at specified time slot (10.30am; 11.30am; 1.30pm; 2.30pm)
