Take a look behind the scenes as our team of gardeners create this year’s garland
Booking not needed. This event is free, but normal admission charges apply for the venue.
Monday 6 to Friday 17 November, 10:30am to 4pm
Meet the gardeners at Cotehele as they start to insert over 30,000 dried flowers into the pittosporum to create this year’s garland.
For everyone’s safety there might be times throughout the day when the Hall might be closed to visitors to allow scaffolding and other equipment to be moved.
On Monday 6 November, when the pittosporum base is made, work will be happening outside of the Great Hall. On this date the hall will be closed. Work to create the garland moves inside the hall from Tuesday 7 November.
