British Wildlife and Conservation Day at Screech Owl Sanctuary
Learn more about British wildlife and conservation at Screech Owl Sanctuary this spring – there’s lots of extra activities running at the wildlife attraction on 21 May.
The Sanctuary team will be joined by:
- British Trust for Ornithology
- Learn more about the local bird population through using a mist nest to catch and ring birds
- Cornish Seal Sanctuary
- Cornwall Wildlife Trust
You can also enjoy:
- Mask making
- A skull quiz
- Pond dipping
Discover different types of bats – meet some of the Sanctuary’s collection, as well as other types of British wildlife living on site – at the British Conservation and Wildlife talk.
Taking place on Saturday 21 May from 10am to 4pm, at no additional cost. Normal admission costs apply.
