PENGUIN EXPERIENCE £60 per person (up to a maximum of 4 people)

An amazing opportunity to join the Keepers in the enclosure and feed a select few of the friendly Humboldt’s Penguins.

• The duration of the experience is 20 minutes.
• Go in the enclosure and feed a select few of the colony of Humboldt’s penguins.
• A close encounter and a chance to learn about some of the wonderful characters.
• Take your camera as lots of photo opportunities.
• Chat to the Keeper and ask any questions.
• A unique experience for up to four people at 12noon or 4:30pm.
• Available for adults and children aged 8+.

OTTER EXPERIENCE £40 per person (maximum of 2 people)

A fantastic opportunity to feed the wonderful otter family.

• The duration of the experience is 20 minutes.
• Feed the family of otters and learn about all their personalities.
• Find out about what enrichment toys the otters enjoy.
• Lots of photo opportunities – bring your camera.
• Chat to the Keeper and ask any questions.
• A unique experience for up to two people at 11am or 2:30pm.
• Available for adults and children aged 10+.

PARADISE SHOW BIRDS EXPERIENCE £60 per person (up to 2 people)

Many species of bird in the flying shows. Meet and get to know a selection of them. Depending on who is flying on the day you could meet Sun Conures, a turaco, choughs, an Amazon parrot or even a Grey-winged trumpeter!

• The duration of the experience is 20 minutes.
• Includes an up-close meeting with some of the birds.
• The opportunity to feed and learn about the species.
• Chat to the Keeper and ask any questions.
• Take your camera as lots of photo opportunities.
• A unique experience for up to two people at 10:30am.
• Available for adults and children aged 12+.
